1. Who we are
Quietstack Automation is operated in the EU by SankPower SIA (Riga, Latvia). An international / USD contracting entity (Hong Kong) is available on request for clients outside the EU. The contracting entity is named in each written proposal.
2. Fixed-scope engagements
- Every engagement starts with a written scope and fixed price. Nothing is billed outside that scope without your written approval.
- Package prices shown on the website are indicative ranges; the binding price is the one in your signed proposal.
- LLM / API usage passed through to you is billed at cost, without markup, when stated in the proposal.
3. AI agents we build
- High-risk intents (refunds, payments, order changes) never reach the answering model and are handed to a human.
- Agents are designed for EU AI Act Article 50 transparency requirements and are disclosed to end customers as AI systems.
- AI outputs can be wrong. Agents answer from your approved knowledge base and escalate when they cannot ground an answer; you approve every agent before it goes live and remain responsible for your customer communications.
4. Public sandbox demo
The Brewkraft sandbox on this website is a demonstration using our own store's product data. It is not a customer-service channel for Brewkraft orders and gives no binding commitments.
5. Confidentiality
We sign an NDA before any access to your systems or data. Processing of personal data is governed by our DPA.
6. Liability & law
Liability limits are set out in each proposal. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
